  • Unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items damaged during shipping can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

What cannot be returned?

  • Opened or used merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product.

How to return an item:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return policy criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was damaged during shipping.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return instructions above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.
